Terrara Real Assets Fund No. 1 offers a rare opportunity to co-invest with Terrara’s principals in the development of a landmark luxury hotel, wellness, and residential real estate project in one of Australia’s most stunning natural environments; Kangaroo Island, South Australia.

The land is located adjacent to a bucket-list destination golf course perched atop 500-million-year-old cliffs overlooking the Southern Ocean.

The project will leverage the extensive gazetted development authorisation from the South Australian Government to refine the design and bring to market an exclusive resort and residences project located adjacent The Cliffs Kangaroo Island Golf Course – set to open in 2025 – and providing some of the most awe-inspiring scenery in the world.
