In completing an application and/or communicating with us, you provide Terrara Capital with your personal contact details. The disclosed personal information will only be used for the purpose for which it was disclosed. Your personal information will be used to identify you, process your application, establish and manage your investment and maintain our records or a related purpose, which would reasonably be expected without your permission. Terrara Capital may not be able to do these things without your personal information. Some personal information is collected as required or authorised by laws such as the Corporations Act 2001 and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).

From time to time the personal information may be used to inform you on an ongoing basis of investment opportunities or to provide information about products and services, which Terrara Capital considers may be of interest to you. By completing an application and/or communicating with us, you consent for the purpose of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) to receiving commercial electronic messages and other promotional communications from Terrara Capital or any other entity associated with Terrara Capital. However, if you wish to request no information of that nature be sent to you, please contact the Privacy Officer (contact details below) and Terrara Capital will not send this information to you.

Your personal information may be disclosed to tax and regulatory authorities, service providers who provide services in connection with investments to Terrara Capital (e.g., registry, technology, administration, and mailing services) or Terrara Capital may provide information about you to your nominated financial adviser.

Terrara Capital takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may access personal information about you held by the Trustee.
If you have any queries or concerns about privacy or wish to access or correct any personal information Terrara Capital may hold about you, please contact our Privacy Officer as set out above. Terrara Capital may need to verify your identity. In the case of access and correction requests, please provide as much detail as you can about the particular information you seek, in order to help the Trustee locate it. Terrara Capital will provide its reasons if it denies any request for access to or correction of personal information. Terrara Capital takes your privacy concerns seriously. Where you express any concerns that it has interfered with your privacy, Terrara Capital will respond to let you know who will be handling your matter and when you can expect a further response.
